Rockport: The Reserve sells all 15 cottages

ROCKPORT – Unprecedented sales at The Reserve at St. Charles Bay have resulted in developers, Hal Jones and Red McCombs, committing to the activation of the next phase of the development — canal dredging and resort construction.

In the past five months, the community sold all 15 bayfront cottages, the majority of the bayfront homesites and secured canal homesite reservations totaling in excess of $17 million in revenue.

Canal dredging will begin in April 2015 with an expected completion of April 2016. The newest amenities are also scheduled to be completed within the same year.
