ALLEN – Micron Technology Inc. is taking two floors in the just-completed One Bethany West office near US 75.
The 36,500-sf office will eventually house 200 workers.
The lease brings the new building to about 50 percent occupancy.
The project is owned by Kaizen Development Partners.
