GEORGETOWN – Owen Holdings is developing Parmer Ranch, a 454-acre master-planned community at Ronald Reagan Blvd. and Williams Dr.
The community will include more than 1,000 residential units, 100 acres of commercial development, 47 acres of parkland, and sites for elementary and middle schools.
Phase one will include 155 homes, a ten-acre park and nature reserve, and food truck court.
The project will reach full buildout in eight years.
