LUBBOCK – Harmony Public Schools has purchased a former Convergys call center at 3701 W. Loop 289.
Built in 1997, the 68,124-sf, Class A office property was shuttered in 2018. It was listed for $7.5 million.
Harmony will use the location to house a charter school for grades one through 12.
Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the seller.
