FRISCO – Specialty cleaning product maker Magnus Chemical is leasing 44,144 sf in The Star Commerce Center II at 16005 Gateway Dr.
The 141,960-sf Class A Industrial building was completed this year.
Stream Realty Partners represented the tenant. Lincoln Property Company represented the landlord.
Earlier this year, GEA Group leased 78,000 sf in the facility.
