LEANDER – Northline, a 115-acre mixed-use development, has signed on its first major anchor tenant, an entertainment venue called the Hub.
The Hub will have restaurants, bars, and shops surrounding a central lawn and patio area with covered picnic tables and lounge furniture.
Full buildout will take place over the next ten to 12 years.
