HOUSTON – Giorgetti Houston, a seven-story boutique condominium midrise at 2710 Steele St., has opened.
The project features 32 condos and penthouses ranging in size from 2,700 to 6,800 sf. They are priced from $1.9 million to $4.3 million.
Stolz Partners developed the project in collaboration with upscale Italian furniture maker Giorgetti.
Mirador Group was the architect and interior designer. E.E. Reed Construction was the general contractor for the project, which broke ground in May 2018. Douglas Elliman is the residential broker.
