Gehan Homes purchases 53 homesites in Northeast Fort Worth

​​FORT WORTH – Gehan Homes has purchased 53 single-family residential homesites within the Randol Mill Valley Estates subdivision.

The homesites​ are on the north side of Randol Mill Rd., just one mile east of Loop 820. 

The one- and two-story homes will range from 1,600 to  3,050 sf and will be priced from the $270,000s.

Emory Associates represented the seller, Randol-Mill Investment.​
