KYLE – Sparrow Partners is breaking ground on Sage Plum Creek, a 185-unit active adult community for people aged 55 and older.
The complex will offer one- and two-bedroom units. Rents will range from $1,450 to $2,350 per month.
It will be built on six acres in the Plum Creek master-planned community.
The first residents will move into their apartments at the end of 2021.
