​WASHINGTON – ​​Texas has the highest number of top work-from-home-friendly counties in the country, according to a study by the National​ Association of Realtors (NAR). 

Seven Texas counties landed on NAR's list of the top 30 counties for remote work. They are:

• No. 4 Collin County,
  

• ​No. 12 Williamson County,

• No. 13 Denton County,

• No. 15 Rockwall County

• No. 21 Fort Bend County,

• No. 25 Travis County, and 
  

• No. 26 Comal County.
  

Forsyth County, Ga., was determined to be the most work-from-home-friendly county.

To determine the rankings, NAR looked at nine factors related to internet connectivity, urbanization, office-related jobs, home affordability, and population growth.
