DALLAS – Massachusetts-based BioLabs is opening its first central U.S. location in the new Pegasus Park project.
The 37,000-sf life science coworking center will have shared laboratory and office spaces. It opens next year.
This is the first major tenant for the 23-acre office and research campus.
Pegasus Park is being built by J. Small Investments and Lyda Hill Philanthropies.
