ATLANTA – Americold Realty Trust has acquired two Dallas-area facilities operated by AM-C Warehouses for a combined $82.5 million.
The facilities are at 1212 Antler Dr. in Mansfield and 475 Post N. Paddock Rd. in Grand Prairie.
They feature a combined 13.8 million cubic feet and 45,000 pallet positions.
Americold will invest $2.5 million in capital improvements.
