​​​LEWISVILLE – Arcadia Realty and David Weekley Homes have acquired four land parcels totaling 94.33 acres from the Lewisville Independent School District (LISD). 

The developers are planning four residential subdivisions on the land. They are:

  • The Reserve at Chapel Hill on 23.47 acres at 2601 Harlington Dr. in Highland Village. David Weekley will build 73 homes.

  • Kensington Place on 28.49 acres at 2667 Warmington Dr. in Carrollton. It will include 96 homes by Arcadia.

  • Camey Place on 17.71 acres at ​5729 Memorial Dr. in The Colony. Arcadia will build 81 single-family homes.

  • Parker Place on 24.66 acres at the northeast corner of Windhaven Pkwy. and Parker Rd. in Lewisville. Arcadia will build 130 homes.

Cushman & Wakefield represented LISD in the sale.
