BAYTOWN – Houston-based Welcome Group has acquired 23 acres on Cedar Blvd. at Trans-Global Solutions’ Cedar Port Industrial Park.
The 15,000-acre industrial park is home to IKEA, Home Depot, and Walmart, among others.
