FARMERS BRANCH – Centurion American Development Group is building a lakeside retail development in Mercer Crossing on LBJ Fwy.
Called Mercer Board Walk, the 30,000-sf project will have two restaurants and retail spaces.
The first phases of construction are valued at $4.5 million.
Bush Architects is designing the project, which will break ground in October.
