MUFG Union Bank taking 35K sf in newly renovated office

IRVING – MUFG Union Bank is leasing 35,000 sf in the former Zale Corp. headquarters at 901 W. Walnut Hill Ln.

Varidesk bought and redeveloped the three-building office campus in early 2019 and rebranded the property as Varispace. 

Upgrades include a 7,000-sf café, one-acre outdoor courtyard, 200-seat training and conference center, and 10,000-sf fitness center.

Corgan is designing the new offices, which will be ready next month, according to filings with the state.​
