SAN ANTONIO – Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the local industrial market has shown signs of strength.
According to CBRE, over 167,800 sf of industrial space was absorbed in 2Q2020.
Nearly 466,200 sf of space was delivered, and almost 2.79 million sf is under construction.
Vacancy increased 90 bps quarter over quarter to 12.6 percent.
Asking rates increased $0.13 to $5.93 per sf.
