​​SAN ANTONIO – Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the local industrial market has shown signs of strength. 

According​​ to CBRE, over 167,800 sf of industrial space was absorbed in 2Q2020. 

Nearly 466,200 sf of space was delivered, and almost 2.79 million sf is under construction.​​

Vacancy increased 90 bps quarter over quarter to 12.6 percent. 

Asking rates increased $0.13 to $5.93 per sf. ​
