Waco and Richardson sale more than coats

WACO, RICHARDSON – Venture Commercial Real Estate has completed the sale of two properties in Waco and Richardson representing more than 150,000 sf of retail space.

The 76,316-sf Waco building is located at 5050 W. Waco Dr.

The Richardson property, located at 300 South Plano Rd., accounts for 74,091 sf of retail space.

Currently, Burlington Coat Factory occupies both properties.

"These two transactions helped MDS Texas Realty close out a portfolio of 11 Burlington Coat Factory locations that were part of the Mervyn’s portfolio,” said John Zikos, a partner with Venture Commercial.
