The heavy-equipment adventure and team-building company is moving its location from Pottsboro.
The lease caps off the 134-acre mixed-use district’s first phase of construction.
Dallas-based PMB Capital Investments built development at 2900 Pleasant Valley Rd. in collaboration with the city.
