San Antonio home sales rebound in June

​​SAN ANTONIO – Local home sales soared in June after two months of declines.

Home sales increased 14 percent year over year to 3,823 sales, according to the San Antonio Board of Realtors. 

Median sales price rose 5 percent to $251,700. Pending sales also increased. 

Inventory stood at 2.8 months, signaling a seller’s market. The Real Estate Center considers six to 6.5 months of inventory a balanced market.
