DALLAS – The Hamilton high-rise, a 26-story residential tower within The Epic mixed-use development, is now open.
The building has 310 apartments and 11,000 sf of tenant amenities, including a resident bar, pool deck, and fitness center.
There is also 23,000 sf of attached retail space.
Westdale Real Estate Investment and Management and StreetLights Residential are the developers.
