AUSTIN – Zydeco Development is building MetCenter, a 1.5-million office campus along SH 183 and Metropolis Dr.
At buildout, the campus will have 12 to 15 four-story buildings and ten acres of park and amenity space.
Two buildings have already been completed.
Construction on the next three buildings—creative offices C, D, and E—begins late this summer. The buildings will total 175,000 sf.
