PFLUGERVILLE – Heritage Lakes Development is building Heritage Lakes of Pflugerville, a 40,000-sf senior-living community at 19100 Pleasant Bay Dr.
The project will have assisted-living, memory-care, and independent-living residences as well as cottages.
Amenities will include a fitness center, theater, beauty and barber shop, library, pool, game rooms, and walking trails.
The community opens this fall.
