SEGUIN – CoffeeTech Industries is developing its 112,000-sf headquarters and manufacturing facility on 33 acres south of I-10 between 8th and Guadalupe Streets.
Construction will begin late this year and wrap up by 2022.
The $56 million project will create 91 jobs.
