BROWNSVILLE – Boston-based Capital Crossing has sold the Brownsville Doctors Hospital.
The three-story, 79,296-sf vacant hospital is on five acres at 4750 N. Expy. It was licensed for 56 beds.
Originally built as a one-story facility in 2001, it was expanded in 2008 with an additional two stories and free-standing wound center.
CBRE arranged the sale.
