SAN MARCOS – Target Builders LLC is building Reserves at San Marcos, a 376-unit affordable housing community on the west side of SH 123 between Rattler Rd. and Monterrey Oak.
The property will have one- to three-bedroom units. About 80 percent of the units will be reserved for residents earning 60 percent or less of the area median income.
Construction will be complete by 2022.
KeyBank Real Estate Capital provided a $43.8 million Freddie Mac construction loan.
