DALLAS – Quadrant Investment Properties has purchased 12 buildings totaling 150,000 sf in the Design District.
The new owner will redevelop the assets, most of which are on Manufacturing and Levee Streets and Irving Blvd. near the Trinity River.
Knighthead Funding LLC provided $26.9 million in acquisition financing, a portion of which will also be used for capital improvements.
CD Studio Design is the architect.
