​​DALLAS – Quadrant Investment Properties has purchased 12 buildings totaling 150,000 sf in the Design District.

The new owner will redevelop the assets, most of which are on Manufacturing and Levee Streets​ and Irvin​g Blvd. near the Trinity River.

Knighthead Funding LLC provided $26.9 million in acquisition financing, a portion of which will also be used for capital improvements.

CD Studio Design is the architect.​
