AUSTIN – The city council and board of Capital Metro have approved the final version of the Project Connect Recommended System Plan.
The plan will include four new rail lines, a downtown transit tunnel, 15 fast and frequent bus routes, additional stations and frequency on the Red Line, and 24 new Park & Rides.
