SAN MARCOS – Louisville, Ky.-based LDG Development is developing Riverstone, a 336-unit affordable housing community at 1430 Wonder World Dr.
The 18-acre property will have one- to four-bedroom units.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, pool, and equipment room.
Construction will be complete in June 2022.
KeyBank secured $50 million in construction financing for LDG.
