RICHARDSON – Newline Interactive Inc. has signed a lease at Parc Northeast, Jackson-Shaw’s Class A industrial development.
The manufacturer leased 48,160 sf in the 88,829-sf Building 3.
This lease brings the 434,640-sf, four-building park to 50 percent occupancy. There is a combined 219,581 available sf remaining within the first three buildings.
Holt Lunsford Commercial brokered the lease.
GID is the project’s equity partner. MYCON is the general contractor, GSR-Andrade is the architect, and Kimley Horn is the civil engineering firm. Veritex Community Bank provided construction financing.
