​​SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Parks and Recreation Department is developing a new public park at 803 N. Cherry St. 

The park will include several plaza areas, two skate parks, and playgrounds.

It will also include a "timeline walk" path with signage to highlight the area’s history.

The project includes a 1976 bandstand from Alamo Plaza for events and performances.
