​BRYAN – Miami-based One Real Estate Investment has acquired Element at University Park, a 192-unit apartment community at 4475 Carter Creek Pkwy.

Built in 2000, the property features one- and two-bedroom units. Rents range from $550 to $1,045 per month.

Amenities include a business center, courtyard, tennis court, and picnic area. 

Berkadia originated a ten-year Freddie Mac acquisition loan for the new owner.
