The property has one- and two-bedroom units averaging 852 sf. Amenities include two pools, an outdoor grilling area, sports court, fishing lake, and dog park.
JLL represented the seller, BSR REIT, and arranged acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, Saxony Capital Management.
