ATTOM: late June best time to sell your home
IRVINE, Calif. – June 21, 22, and 29 are the best days to sell your home, according to a study from ATTOM Data Solutions.
On those days, homes sell at a 10.5 percent premium above market prices.
June 20 and 15 are also top days, when homes sell at a 10.2 and 10.3 percent premium, respectively.
On average, homes that sell in June are sold at a 9.6 percent premium, making it the best month to sell a home. Homes in May sell at an average 8.3 percent premium.
December sales see the smallest premium at 3.7 percent.
The analysis looked at 33.6 million single-family home and condo sales over the past nine years.
