KATY – David Weekley Homes has purchased seven acres at 502 Addicks-Howell Rd. near Maurice L. Wolfe Elementary School from the Katy Independent School District.
The district’s board of trustees approved the $5.7 million sale after a unanimous vote.
The Houston-based custom homebuilder has homes in several local communities, including Jordan Ranch, Cane Island, and The Reserve at Silver Ranch.
