DUNCANVILLE – Mansfield-based RFF Family Ltd. has purchased a 33,400-sf warehouse from Dallas-based Mazaya Investments LLC.
Built in the 1980s, the 24-suite project is on 1.8 acres at 706 E. Red Bird Ln. It was fully leased at the time of sale.
Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the buyer and will manage leasing.
Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, which acquired the property four years ago.
