RICHARDSON – Piedmont, Calif.-based Goldenberg & Associates Inc. has purchased a 121,420-sf office building at 2703 Telecom Pkwy.
The single-story building is near the George Bush Turnpike east of US 75. It is fully leased to tenants including Hill & Wilkinson.
Colliers International brokered the deal.
The seller, Dallas-based Pillar Commercial, purchased the asset in 2019.
