HOUSTON – Locally based Dakota Enterprises has broken ground on the four-story, 240-unit Fishel’s Landing workforce housing complex at 4840 N. Shepard Dr.
The garden-style property will include a two-story gym, swimming pool, dog park, and covered parking.
Mucasey & Associates Architects designed the project. Ibiza Enterprises is the general contractor.
Dakota Enterprises purchased the 225,000-sf site from Jones Oil in April 2019.
Construction will wrap up in late 2021.
