FORT WORTH – NorthPoint Development is building a 707,592-sf speculative warehouse on FM 156 near Alliance Airport.
Work will start on the $18 million Intermodal Logistics Center project next month, according to filings with the state.
CBRE is leasing the project, which was designed by Missouri-based StudioNorth.
