DALLAS – Quadrant Investment Properties is renovating a series of old commercial and warehouse buildings northwest of downtown.
Most of the properties are on Manufacturing St., Irving Blvd., and Levee St. near the Trinity River.
The developer will repurpose the old buildings to take advantage of demand for tenants moving to the former industrial area.
CD Studio Design is the architect.
