FORT WORTH – Cornerstone Projects Group is developing Triune Center, a 30,000-sf office project at the intersection of I-30, Montgomery St., and Chisholm Trail Pkwy.
The six-story, Class A building will feature an automated valet parking garage by Trident Structures.
Construction will begin as early as May and will last 12 months.
Stream Realty Partners will handle leasing.
