CONROE – Gordon Partners is nearing completion of its expansion of Waterpoint Center, a mixed-use development that fronts Lake Conroe at 15290 SH 105.
The project will add roughly 40,000 sf of retail, restaurant, and office space, as well as 60 new boat slips.
Several tenants have signed on, including Akashi Asian Bistro, Kenz Mediterranean, Gary Greene Realtors, and Optimus Med Spa.
Completion is set for August 2020.
