HOUSTON – The Belvoir Real Estate Group has acquired a 110,529-sf office building at 7660 Woodway Dr. in Memorial Villages.
The five-story, Class B building was built in 1982 and sits on a four-level parking garage.
Belvoir will renovate the common area and improve amenities.
JLL represented the seller and secured acquisition financing.
