PASADENA – CLEC Distribution has leased a 27,040-sf industrial building at Energy Commerce Business Park at 603 E. Sam Houston Pkwy.
The company is a distributor and division of Alliance Laundry Systems, which provides commercial and industrial laundry equipment.
Colliers International represented the tenant. NAI Partners represented the landlord, Clay Partners.
