FORT WORTH – A Dallas investor has purchased Fossil Creek Plaza, a 68,500-sf retail center at Western Center Blvd. and N. Beach St.
Over 81 percent of the tenants have been in the 30-year-old center for more than five years, while 20 percent have been there more than 15 years.
Dallas-based Strive represented the seller, a Los Angeles-area investor, and secured the buyer.
