ABILENE – Construction is underway on the Allen Ridge Lifestyle Village, a 95-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Judge Ely Blvd. and Ambler Ave.
On completion, Allen Ridge will include a movie theater, 100,000 sf of shops and restaurants, hotel, office space over ground-floor retail, and 200 residential units.
Phase one will have 29,000 sf of retail space. Tenants will include Twisted Root Burgers, Blue Jean Café, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Phoenix Pho, and more.
LRK is the architect.
Buildout is anticipated over three phases.
