Rendering of Aggie Park redevelopment COLLEGE STATION – Texas A&M University and the Association of Former Students are redeveloping 20 acres on campus into an outdoor student activity area.

Aggie Park will include water features, an outdoor amphitheater, study and gathering spaces, and tributes honoring distinguished alumni.

A building planned for the second phase will house the Aggie Ring Program and Texas A&M Foundation staff.

One Circle Drive, an events space and former home to university presidents, will be removed at the start of the redevelopment.

Construction will begin this month and be complete in spring 2022.

The land is between the Clayton W. Williams Jr. Alumni Center and the John J. Koldus Building along George Bush Dr.
