RICHARDSON – Jackson-Shaw has leased 124,537 sf at Parc NorthEast, a 434,640-sf, four-building, Class A industrial project.
Other tenants include E4D, Mygrand Glass, and Section Stack.
Approximately 263,700 sf is still available for lease across buildings one, two, and three.
GID is the project’s equity partner, and MYCON is the general contractor. GSR-Andrade is the architect and Kimley Horn is the civil engineer. Veritex Community Bank is the construction financier.
Holt Lunsford Commercial is handling leasing.
