SAN ANTONIO – Mason Asset Management, Namdar Realty Group, and CH Capital Group have purchased South Park Mall, a 663,978-sf shopping mall at 2310 SW Military Dr.
Built in 1968, the property was 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
It is anchored by JCPenney, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and Bealls. Additional tenants include Old Navy, Ulta Beauty, and The Vitamin Shoppe.
