HOUSTON – MetroNational has started construction on a nine-story, 190,000-sf office building at 9753 Katy Fwy.
The four-acre project includes 4,500 sf of first-floor retail and restaurant space, a two-level lobby, and a second-level skybridge connecting to an elevated parking garage.
Kirksey Architecture designed the building.
